360° Virtual Factory Tours

Let Customers Explore Your Factory — From Anywhere

Turn your plant into an immersive digital experience using 360° panoramic photography and interactive virtual navigation. Customers, partners and prospects move through your facility, understand your infrastructure and experience your manufacturing environment without ever being physically present.

Experience the Factory, Virtually

A static photograph shows one fixed view. A virtual factory tour lets a visitor look around, move between areas and experience the plant the way they would on a real site visit.

Look Around Freely

Full 360° panoramas at every stop — drag to look up at the gantry, down at the flooring, across the whole bay.

Move Between Areas

Hotspots connect the gate, warehouse, production hall and QC lab into one continuous route through the facility.

Works on Any Device

Opens in a browser on desktop, tablet and phone. No app to install, no headset, nothing to download.

Add Layers of Detail

Machine information, spec sheets, product videos, floor plans and voice-over can all sit inside the tour.

Showcase Your Facility Beyond Physical Visits

Whether your customer is in another city or another country, a virtual factory visit brings your manufacturing facility to them — on the call, in the inbox, on the stand.

How We Create Your Virtual Factory Tour

Four stages, start to finish. Most of the work happens after we leave your site, so the disruption on your floor is a single shoot day.

01 — 360° Photography

We capture high-resolution panoramic photographs at selected locations across your factory, planned with you in advance.

02 — Panorama Stitching

Each set of frames is professionally stitched into a seamless, distortion-corrected 360° environment.

03 — Virtual Navigation

Locations are interconnected with hotspots so a viewer moves naturally through the facility, room to room.

04 — Interactive Experience

Navigation, hotspots, product information, videos, floor plans and other digital elements are added to suit your use case.

More Than Just Factory Photography

Factory Photography

Shows your factory. A set of fixed frames chosen by the photographer, in the order the photographer decided. The viewer looks at what you picked.

360° Virtual Factory Tour

Lets your customer experience it. They choose where to look, which area to enter and how long to spend — exploring your infrastructure, production environment and capability at their own pace.

Virtual Factory Tour or 3D Plant Walkthrough?

Both let someone experience a plant remotely. Which one fits depends on whether the facility already exists.

Photographed 360° Tour

Your plant is built and running. This is the fastest and most literal option — every surface is the real thing, because it is a photograph. Best for factory visits, audits, dealer onboarding and buyer due diligence.

3D Walkthrough or Animation

The plant is not built yet, or you need the camera to fly through a wall and inside a machine. Built from CAD and layout drawings instead of a camera. See plant and factory 3D walkthrough.

Many clients run both: a photographed virtual plant tour of the working factory, and a 3D plant animation for the process happening inside the vessels the camera cannot enter. An AI-powered virtual showroom adds an on-screen guide who answers questions inside either one.

Virtual Factory Tour — Common Questions

How long does it take to create a 360 virtual factory tour?

A single-building tour is usually shot in one day and delivered in two to three weeks. Larger sites with several buildings, or tours that carry embedded videos, product information and voice-over, run three to five weeks. The shoot itself is the only part that needs access to your floor.

What do you need from us before the shoot?

A site layout or floor plan, a list of the areas you want covered, and someone from your team to walk the route with us. We also need to know which areas are confidential so the camera never points at them. Housekeeping matters more than anything technical — a tidy floor photographs far better.

Can a buyer take a virtual factory visit on a phone?

Yes. The tour runs in any modern mobile browser with touch navigation, so an overseas buyer can open the link on a phone during a call. It also works on a tablet at an exhibition stand and on a large touchscreen in a meeting room.

Can the tour be used for remote factory audits and inspections?

It is one of the most common uses. Sending an auditor or a customer a virtual plant tour before the visit means they arrive already familiar with the layout, and many routine pre-qualification checks can be done without travelling at all.

Can we host the virtual plant tour on our own website?

Yes. The finished tour can be embedded in a page on your own site, hosted on a link you share by email or WhatsApp, or packaged to run offline from a laptop or a touchscreen at an exhibition, with no internet connection needed.

What does a 360 virtual factory tour cost?

It depends on the number of panoramic locations, the floor area covered, how many buildings are involved, and how much interactive content sits inside the tour. Send us your layout and the areas you want covered and we will come back with a fixed price against that scope.
