Real Projects. Real Results.
How OEMs and manufacturers use 3D engineering animation, industrial rendering, and 360° virtual tours from Prolific 3D Tech to win deals, train operators, and showcase plants worldwide.
Every project below started the same way: equipment or a plant that was hard to explain with drawings, photos, or a walkthrough alone. Prolific 3D Tech turned CAD models and P&IDs into 3D engineering animation, industrial rendering, and 360° virtual tours that OEMs and manufacturers use to sell, train, and showcase — before or without the physical machine in the room. Prochem — Dairy, Biscuit & Blending Plants
Prochem builds large, turnkey dairy, biscuit, and blending plants — the kind of industrial-scale machinery that's genuinely difficult to demonstrate to an overseas buyer. Shipping a plant to a trade show isn't an option, and a camera crew walking the floor can't capture what's happening inside sealed vessels and pipework. Even Prochem's own 2D GA drawings and P&IDs, while technically complete, didn't translate into the kind of visual confidence international buyers expect before committing to a multi-million-dollar turnkey order.
We converted Prochem's existing GA drawings and P&IDs directly into a full 3D process animation — a plant rendering of the entire powder mixing and recipe blending sequence, built specifically for large-screen exhibition displays. Every stage, from raw material intake through blending and output, was modeled and animated to match the actual engineering rather than a simplified explainer.
The finished 3D engineering animation became a centerpiece of Prochem's booth presence at expos including Propak Asia, giving international prospects a crystal-clear understanding of plant capability — and building the kind of trust that shortens sales cycles on complex, high-value equipment.
D Term Engineering — Liquid Processing Systems
D Term Engineering's liquid processing systems are mechanically sophisticated — and that sophistication is exactly what made them hard to sell from static drawings. Prospects evaluating the equipment from 2D layouts alone struggled to picture how fluid actually moved through the system, and technical sales conversations kept stalling on questions a flat drawing simply couldn't answer.
We built a detailed technical 3D animation of the complete equipment layout — internal flow paths, valve sequencing, and the key mechanisms that make the system work — turning engineering intent into something a non-engineer could follow at a glance.
Armed with a professional, presentation-ready visual, D Term's sales team could walk prospects through the system confidently at trade shows and in client meetings, replacing lengthy technical back-and-forth with a two-minute watch.
SK Technologies for Life — Cream Formation Process
Some processes happen at a scale no camera can reach. SK Technologies needed to show pharma buyers exactly how cream formation occurs inside a sealed vessel — a micro-scale process that traditional videography physically cannot capture, in an industry where buyers demand scientific clarity and hard visual proof of machine capability before they'll sign off.
We built a full physics-based 3D process animation combining realistic fluid simulation with high-fidelity powder insertion, and modeled the homogenizer breaking lumps down into progressively finer particles — an accurate, physically grounded machine animation rather than a stylized approximation.
The result gave SK Technologies a scientifically credible visual that dramatically improved customer confidence, drove stronger engagement at exhibitions and sales meetings, and helped close deals faster.
Ipsons Pharma — Granulation Line
An entire granulation plant is not something you can put in a shipping container. Ipsons Pharma faced the same overseas-showcase problem as many process equipment manufacturers: the full line was impossible to exhibit physically, and 2D GA drawings and P&IDs weren't persuasive enough on their own to win over pharma clients evaluating a major capital purchase.
Starting from Ipsons' own GA drawings and P&IDs, we built a detailed CAD-to-3D animation visualizing the complete granulation sequence — powder feeding, mixing, wetting, drying, and sizing — staged clearly enough for a buyer with no engineering background to follow.
The animation let Ipsons build trust with pharma buyers around the world and showcase genuine turnkey capability at international pharma exhibitions, without shipping a single component.
BEW Engineering — Conical Dryer, Interphex Japan
BEW Engineering had a straightforward but expensive problem: their booth at Interphex Japan was too small for the full-size conical dryer they wanted to exhibit, and shipping heavy machinery overseas for a trade show is both costly and logistically painful.
We developed a high-fidelity 3D animation of the conical dryer that ran on a large TV at the booth and via projector in the conference room — walking prospects through the machine's internals and process flow in a way no static display ever could.
The animation eliminated the space problem entirely, saved BEW significant freight and handling costs, and made it possible to present to groups of Japanese attendees at once — accelerating decisions that would otherwise have required multiple one-on-one walkarounds.
Accupack — Technical 3D Animation & 360° Machine Tour
Prospects evaluating Accupack's equipment needed to understand the machine's engineering mechanism and internal working before they were willing to commit — a common gap when the only reference material is a spec sheet and a few product photos.
We delivered a technical 3D animation of the machine's core mechanism paired with a 360° interactive machine tour, so prospects could both watch the mechanism in motion and explore the machine from every angle at their own pace.
The combination gave Accupack's sales conversations far more depth and clarity ahead of physical delivery — prospects arrived at the negotiating table already understanding exactly what they were buying.
Fainger Technopride — Debagging Line
CAD models are precise, but they're not always persuasive. Fainger Technopride's clients couldn't fully visualize how a new debagging machine would actually operate from CAD alone, which put a key sales deal at risk over what was ultimately just a communication gap.
We built a realistic 3D animation showing the complete process flow and key features of the machine, delivered as a short, sales-ready video the team could send directly to the client.
The deal closed before the machine was even built — the client understood exactly what they were purchasing, and Fainger's sales pitch became noticeably faster and more effective.
GEM — Paddle Dryer, Real Footage + 3D Hybrid
GEM ran into a trust-versus-clarity problem: prospects grew skeptical of GEM's manufacturing credibility when shown only 3D animation, but videography alone couldn't explain what was happening inside the paddle dryer during drying. They needed both — proof the machine was real, and clarity on how it worked.
We shot on-site videography of the actual paddle dryer to establish authenticity, then built 3D cutaway animations from the CAD model to expose the internal drying process, and blended both into a single two-minute hybrid video — real footage and 3D product animation working together rather than as competing formats.
The hybrid approach built trust through genuine machine footage, delivered clarity through the animation, held attention at exhibitions, and left GEM with a reusable marketing asset for future campaigns.
Thermolab — 3D Configurator, CPHI Trade Show
Thermolab's cold storage chamber was simply too large to bring to the CPHI trade show, and the traditional brochures they'd relied on didn't give buyers a realistic sense of the finished product's look and feel.
We built a fully interactive 3D Configurator: real-time customization of finishes and features, inside and outside camera views, embedded 2D drawing catalogues, and a touchscreen kiosk that let visitors explore the chamber entirely on their own.
Booth engagement rose sharply, buyers could visualize large-scale equipment they'd never see in person, and Thermolab's team walked into every conversation with a far more confident, effective sales tool than a catalogue could offer.
Hindustan Unilever — Coffee Plant 360° Tour
Stakeholders needed a way to review Hindustan Unilever's coffee plant without the cost and disruption of repeated physical visits — a familiar challenge for any facility that gets frequent partner, auditor, or internal review traffic.
We delivered an interactive 360° virtual tour covering entry points, departments, and floor plans, accessible remotely from any device — a full plant rendering that stakeholders could navigate exactly as if they were walking the floor.
The tour cut down on physical plant visits, supported stronger hygiene compliance, and gave stakeholders a level of remote access that built real trust in the facility.
SK Technologies for Life — 360° Virtual Showroom
SK Technologies wanted prospects to be able to explore their full machine range without requiring an in-person showroom visit for every lead.
We built a 360° virtual showroom with interactive hotspots covering the plant view, machine list, location, floor plan, and individual machine images — effectively an always-on, self-guided sales floor.
The showroom became a genuinely immersive sales tool that boosted stakeholder engagement both online and at trade shows, extending the reach of a single physical showroom to any buyer, anywhere.
Kenvue & Thermopac — 360° Plant Tours
Frequent in-person plant visits from partners and auditors were proving costly for Kenvue and Thermopac, and every visit carried its own hygiene-protocol disruption.
We built fully interactive 360° virtual factory tours that let stakeholders walk through each plant remotely, from any device, without setting foot on site.
The result was fewer physical plant visits, stronger hygiene compliance, improved stakeholder trust, and a measurable gain in day-to-day operational efficiency.
Setco & Accupack — Factory & Machine 360° Tours
Prospects at exhibitions wanted to explore Setco and Accupack's factory and individual machines in real depth — more depth than a booth conversation or brochure could offer, without an actual site visit.
We delivered combined factory-walkthrough and machine-level 360° virtual tours, presented on kiosks at exhibitions and shared afterward as cloud links for prospects to revisit at their own pace.
The tours gave both companies a modern, engaging showcase format that lifted trade show engagement and improved follow-up conversion after the event ended.
Electronics Devices — Operator Training 3D Animation
Electronics Devices was leaning on long, text-heavy SOPs to train operators — a format with famously low information retention, where training quality ended up depending heavily on which supervisor happened to be on shift.
We built interactive operator training simulation content in 3D, covering installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, designed to be self-guided via TVs or touchscreen kiosks with no supervisor required.
The result was faster learning with far higher visual retention, more consistent, error-free execution on the floor, reduced documentation overhead, and training that scaled easily across shifts and multiple plant locations.
